Nayeri Law Group, P.L.C. - "Here to Help, Every Client, Every Time"
Q. Why do you need an Immigration Attorney?

A. Because Immigration law is complex.

Hello, I am Attorney Mac Nayeri, Esq., and welcome to the website of the Nayeri Law Group, P.L.C.

I am an experienced Immigration Attorney with a demonstrated track record of success, especially with what would rightly be considered complex Immigration Court litigation.

Whether you are the Client or a Client's loved one, perhaps more than anything else you need information - information on your rights and obligations under the law.

To that end, myself and my staff place the highest value on ensuring that each and every client is rapidly educated on both the substance and procedure of the practice of Immigration Law. We never 'hide the ball' and always provide our clients with the information they require to make informed choices. For this reason, the consultation is FREE.

Our office is located in Phoenix Arizona, near both the local USCIS field office as well as the Mexican Consulate, and about an hour from the Eloy and Florence immigration detention centers. We also have a satellite office in Los Angeles California and travel outside of the state to represent clients at their local immigration court or USCIS field office.

If you have a case before an Immigration Judge or filed with USCIS, you deserve legal Counsel that will exhaust every option available to meet your needs in a timely, cost effective manner.  Our goal is to provide our clients with the best legal services possible.

My clients have applied for and received a wide range of immigration benefits. In some cases, the relief sought could be characterized as ordinary. But in others, such as asylum from Mexico, or waivers of inadmissibility and parole from the Phoenix office of USCIS, clients have applied for and received extraordinary relief.

IMPORTANT NEWS:

DreamActivist.org Endorsed Attorney List for your Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals ("DACA") Application

This list is composed of attorneys who have been there for us over the course of the last few years. From representing us, at no cost, when we have risked arrest, to supporting us in stopping one of the over 300 deportation cases we’ve worked on. The attorneys listed have always made themselves available even if it meant taking time away from their own work or their families. We firmly believe that, without their support, we would not have this current Deferred Action policy.

We fully trust and endorse every one of them and hope they can be of help to you while you navigate this process.

Please note all fees listed are for clean, non-criminal, cases. If you have a prior record or your case has other complications your rates may vary, be sure to clarify this with your attorney prior to moving forward.

If you find attorneys charging more than $1,000 for non-criminal, clean DACA cases we urge you to avoid them and contact us (daca@dreamactivist.org) so that we can keep the community informed. Together we can make sure to keep attorneys accountable.

Stop notario fraud!

Don’t become a victim of dishonest immigration consultants often known as “notarios.” Immigration consultants, notary publics, and notarios cannot represent you in the immigration process. These people—especially notarios—prey on immigrants, often from the same ethnic community as the notarios themselves.
